Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and unassembled condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to customer misuse, are not in resalable condition, or are missing parts not due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made notebooks or journals.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Return Process

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
