We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship internationally. The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 7-20 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.
