1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the CalamusLunae website (the "Site") and purchasing our products (Staplers, Notebooks & Journals, File Folders & Bags), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. All orders are offers to purchase products, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to CalamusLunae for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless defective.
